Secure Renting System

A secure smart contract system that's used for renting items for a fee. For example, 'A' lists an item for 24 hours for 10 ENJ, 'B' accepts, 10 ENJ are being transferred to 'A' in exchange for the item, and when the renting period expires (24h), item returns back to its owner automatically.

Could sellers have the option to accept installments to make a higher sell price item more affordable for the buyer by allowing monthly installments. Only on final installment will it be owned by the buyer.

I like to be able to rent out gaming items .. that be a huge upgrade for game owners and players .. the Alterverse is run as a franchise renting out items to players .. and can also be integrated with a rent own system ..
