Would be good to have an additional database similar to NSFW tokens, where token IDs can be flagged as rule-breaking and hidden from EnjinX and restricted from Marketplace transactions.

IE - Direct copies, scam attempts

Imo better first step would be better UX for item identification.
Highlight of ItemID,Platform,Creator address(ens?) when doing market buy.
All relevant information is already there , just making it more visible especially when trading.

villageIdiot: yeah this is definitely a viable option, just also concerned moderately about public image of the company (ie with pornographic images, big name copyright). Obviously the legal rammification wont be on Enjin, but still factors that are influencing public perception of the project.

Ivan Rabijns: lol youre still free to mint whatever you want. But Enjin is a private company and has the right to restrict access to an illegal creation.

Ivan Rabijns: im a huge fan of decentralization, but when your platform is publicly deceptive, misleading, and a scam, do you not want to protect the other users of your project by just not showing them, or displaying a warning that a potential token/platform had been flagged for illegal behavior?
